FITNESS TRAINING FACILITY

BUC is a functional fitness training facility in Clubview, Centurion that was started by two friends who have an insane passion for sport, outdoors and helping people.

BUC is a friendly, supportive, enjoyable and welcoming training facility where anyone is welcome regardless of your fitness level, age, experience or goals. We are committed to fitness that benefits every single person visiting our facility therefore our workouts are scalable to your level of fitness.

BUC is the site where your bodies will be under construction, to gain results, improve fitness, reach your goals and be in the best shape of your life.

Be assured that our coaches are experienced, professional, approachable and have the skills to make sure you get the best training experience.

 

GETTING STARTED…


STEP ONE

YOUR FIRST SESSION IS ON US

Contact us to book your FREE Intro Class, which includes information on what training in our facility is all about, a warm-up, your first introduction to a WOD (Workout of the day) and a Q&A, all in 1 hour. Contact us via any means necessary. Details are on our CONTACT PAGE !

STEP TWO

BOOK YOUR ON-RAMP CLASS

Sign up for our On-ramp class. The class will be a follow on to the intro session, and will consist of an hour session where you will be introduced to the basics of Functional training and weightlifting techniques through a lecture and movements.

STEP THREE

SIGN UP ON ITENSITY

Follow THIS LINK to the sign up page and fill in your details. This is where you will book your classes, record your progress and much more.

STEP FOUR

SCHEDULE TIME

Choose a time to Train! Decide on times and days when you want to train and make sure you book your slots on the class schedule.

AND REMEMBER

Bring a great attitude, be open-minded, wear athletic clothing, and maybe bring a water bottle and towel.

RULES OF THE BOX…


1. LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR.

Somewhere a High School kid is warming up with your PR. Remember, there is always someone bigger, faster and stronger than you.

2. BE ON TIME

If you can’t be on time, be ready for the next class.

3. BE SUPPORTIVE, CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL

of other athletes training in the box.

4. NO CHEATING

No one cares what your score was but everyone cares if you cheated.

Be honest with everyone, and be honest with yourself.

5. RESPECT OUR EQUIPMENT

Drop as a last resort. Put things down gently, dropping weights should be a necessity, not a convenience. Bumper plates are designed for emergency dropping, not dropping after every repetition.

6. CLEAN UP AND PUT AWAY YOUR TOYS

7. GIVE IT ALL YOU HAVE, EVERY TIME

8. QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION

Try hard. Effort earns respect. Work hard. Don’t drag people down with a bad attitude. Be optimistic, have fun, push yourself and encourage those around you to do better. Never say ‘I can’t’! Bad attitudes are very contagious.

Remember, ‘It’s a great day to have a great day’

9. THE COACHES KNOW BEST

Accidents and injuries happen, and are usually a result of impatience. Slow down, ask questions, ask for help!

Follow the advice and instructions of the coaches.

10. NO WHINING

Suck it up, it only hurts for a while.

11. THE BOX IS A DANGER ZONE

Not the place for inquisitive, energetic small children

12. HAVE A BLAST
